Qualifications

• 3-10 years in end-to-end management of retail and wholesale food processing.
• Must have 3-5 years end-to-end food processing experience in FAASOS products.
• Strong grasp of operational systems (Micros POS and Opera) and computer literacy in MS Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in planning, monitor and control operations.
• Acknowledge customers, respond promptly, resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate with supervisor and director about customer or staff issues.
• Motivate staff with a positive attitude and maintain discipline.
• Operate POS and ensure security of the system; manage cash and house accounts.
