Job summary

DM Dasher Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Operation Executive (Front Desk) on a full-time basis for our service centre in Singapore. You will greet walk-in customers, handle warranty questions, coordinate returns and refunds, and manage parcel logistics with accuracy.

The role requires good English communication and a second language, with an emphasis on organisation, reliability, and teamwork to support warehouse and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, service centre operations, or returns and refunds is an advantage.
• Comfortable handling home appliance returns, including lifting robot vacuums and air purifiers when needed.
• Good spoken and written English and a second language.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, including handling warranty enquiries and service intake.
• Manage and process product return and refund cases in accordance with company policy, including verification, documentation, system updates, and coordination with warehouse and finance teams.
• Manage warranty parcel packing, shipment arrangements, and receiving parcels from couriers.
• Record parcel details accurately in the internal system and ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk and waiting area.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
