Job summary

Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and welcome guests with warmth while handling check-in/out using OPMS and other front desk systems.

You will respond to guest requests, communicate clearly with international and domestic travelers, and contribute to high hospitality standards through attentive service, problem resolution, and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience using OPMS and other front desk systems for check-in/out and reservations.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills developed through interaction with diverse international and domestic travelers.
• Willingness to work shifts including Public Holidays.

As the Front Desk Receptionist, we rely on you to:

• Check guests in and out efficiently using front desk and reservation systems toensure smooth arrivals and departures
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests to provide tailoredsolutions that meet their needs
• Communicate clearly and engage warmly with international and domestic guests to enhance their resort experience
• Maintain smooth and efficient guest service operations to support overall guestsatisfaction
