Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education as stated: GCE N/O Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' enquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Assist with guest registration and maintain accurate records.
• Provide information about the property and its services.
• Handle incoming calls, enquiries and feedback.
• Coordinate with departments to attend residents' requests promptly.
• Assist with general front desk and guest service duties.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
