Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a friendly Guest Service Officer for a short-term role at a serviced apartment. You will gain front office and guest relations experience while delivering warm, professional service to residents and guests.

The role involves handling check-ins/outs, registrations, guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to fulfil requests. Ideal candidates have hospitality education and strong communication, and can work independently at the front desk.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in hospitality.
• Friendly, approachable and customer-service oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and handle front desk responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' enquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Assist with guest registration and maintain accurate records.
• Provide information and assistance regarding the property and its services.
• Handle incoming calls, enquiries and feedback.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure residents' requests are attended to promptly.
• Assist with general front desk and guest service duties.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
