Job summary

NATURELAND INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Front Office Representative to warmly welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.

The role requires clear understanding and explanation of current promotions to match customer needs, and handling inquiries with professionalism. You will manage multiple phone lines, answer queries, coordinate appointments, and contribute to a secure, efficient front desk.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phonelines.
• Strong customer service skills and must be able to handle customer's complaint.

Responsibilities

• Receiving visitors warmly at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
• Answering incoming phone calls, make appointment for customer and answer queries professionally.
• Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
