• Working hours: 10am – 8pm
• 6 days per week
• Able to work on weekends & Public Holidays
• Experience with POS systems and booking systems
• Handle payment collection
• Send WhatsApp reminders to customers
• Work closely with therapists to support the daily operation flow
• Warm, friendly and courteous when attending to customers
• Energetic, responsible and a good team player
