Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets by engaging with customers through multiple channels and promoting freight forwarding services and digital platform to generate new business opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries related to onboarding and sales operations, and manage relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Offer shipping solutions and promote digital platform value proposition based on customer needs.
• Handle quotes, negotiate prices and terms, and follow up to convert enquiries into shipments.
• Identify sales leads to develop new business and upsell/cross-sell existing customers.
• Act as onboarding contact window to educate customers about digital platform and services.
• Support end-to-end implementation including resolving customer technical problems or questions.
