Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Freight Forwarding coordinator to respond promptly to client inquiries, coordinate quotations, bookings and shipment execution across sea, air and land transport.

You will liaise with overseas offices and agents, source competitive rates, maintain client and vendor relationships, monitor sales performance and help develop SOPs while upholding HSSE & Q standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate quotations and bookings across multiple transport modes.
• Experience supporting freight forwarding activities.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
• Coordinate quotations, bookings and shipment execution with overseas offices and agents.
• Handle import/export enquiries across sea, air and land transport modes.
• Source and maintain competitive rates from carriers and agents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Check invoices before submission to Finance.
