Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients daily.
• Build rapport quickly with strangers over the phone and in person.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service expectations directly with clients and vendors.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up consistently to turn conversations into confirmed business.
• Handle objections and pushback professionally.
• Work with operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Learn freight forwarding fundamentals on-the-job training.
• Maintain accurate client and pipeline records in CRM and quoting system.
