This position supports the sales team and coordinates between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure on-time shipments. You will prepare import/export documents, check costs, answer freight rate questions, track shipments, and liaise with overseas agents. 1–2 years of freight forwarding experience is preferred; a strong eye for detail and customer

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales department.
• Coordinate between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Prepare documentation for import, export, transshipment, and D/O release.
• Verify all related costs and charges.
• Handle customer enquiries on freight rates, shipment tracking, and related matters.
• Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment processes.
