Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive/Customer Service for Freight forwarding in Singapore. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating quotations and shipments, and maintaining strong client and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.

You will liaise with overseas offices and agents, manage bookings across sea/air/land modes, and support sales with accurate cost structures and timely follow-up. Excellent MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Very good proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel etc.).

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring high service standards.
• Liaise with overseas offices and agents to coordinate quotations, bookings and shipment execution.
• Handle import/export enquiries and bookings across sea, air and land transport modes.
• Activate shipments based on confirmed selling rates and cost structures.
• Collaborate with sales personnel to ensure smooth handover and operational follow through.
• Source and maintain competitive rates from hauliers, shipping lines, co-loaders and subcontractors.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to forecasting and pipeline tracking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Establish and manage client-specific standing orders or SOPs for recurring shipments.
• Work with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
