Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate shipment bookings.
• Arrange and confirm space reservations, and track bookings.
• Work closely with Import/Export teams for smooth job execution.
• Prepare and send pre-alerts to relevant stations.
• Review daily arrival and uplift details for customers.
• Follow special customer requests and handling requirements.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties.
• Maintain an organized filing system and proper office housekeeping.
• Develop positive working relationships with stakeholders.
