Accountstaff (EA) in Singapore is seeking a Senior Freight & Logistics Manager to drive revenue growth, profitability, budgeting and forecasting, and cost control across freight forwarding operations. You will lead Sales, BD, and Operations, negotiate with carriers, and ensure regulatory compliance while building a customer-focused culture.

The role requires leadership across teams, with responsibility for tenders, RFQs, pricing strategies, and market development to identify growth opportunities

Business & P&L Management: Drive revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Sales & Business Development: Develop new business, grow key accounts, manage tenders and RFQs, and implement effective pricing strategies.

Freight & Carrier Management: Manage relationships with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and co-loaders; negotiate freight rates, capacity, and commercial terms.

Operations & Compliance: Oversee freight forwarding operations, customer service, documentation, and finance, ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance.

People Leadership: Lead and develop teams across sales and operations, drive performance, and build a customer-focused culture.

Market Development: Monitor freight market trends, trade lanes, capacity, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
