• Organizing Shipments: plan and manage the entire shipping process, including selecting the appropriate mode of transport (air, sea, or land), optimizing routes, and consolidating shipments to reduce costs.
• Managing Documentation: handle all necessary paperwork, including customs documentation, bills of lading, and insurance certificates.
• Coordinating Logistics: arrange for the pickup, storage, and delivery of goods, ensuring a smooth and timely flow of cargo.
• Tracking Shipments: monitor the progress of shipments and updates on their location and estimated time of arrival.
• Troubleshooting Issues: resolve any problems that may arise during the shipping process, such as delays, damage, or customs issues.
• Compliance: ensure that all shipments comply with relevant regulations and requirements, including customs laws and international trade regulations.
