Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of hunter sales / business development experience in freight forwarding industry.
• Proven track record and good networking with carriers, coleaders and trucking companies, etc.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new freight forwarding opportunities to expand market share.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Coordinate with Finance and Indoor Sales on payments and client follow-ups.
• Source rates from carriers, hauliers, offices and worldwide agents.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and logistic partners to ensure service quality.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to team KPI achievement.
