Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Proven track record of sourcing opportunities and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of solution selling techniques and account management principles.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Source opportunities and acquire new business revenue for Aramex freight services.
• Identify, gain, and develop account opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Achieve assigned quota for signings and revenue plans, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Utilize solution selling techniques to position Aramex freight services and address customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver innovative shipping solutions.
• Grow and expand business across the product portfolio through negotiation and relationship management.
