About the Role:
As a Freelance Lesson Observer, you will support the professional development of NASCANS Student Care mentors by reviewing recorded lessons and providing constructive, evidence-based feedback on classroom delivery and student engagement. This role is ideal for ex MOE educators or teacher-coaches who enjoy mentoring others and improving teaching quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• View recorded classroom lessons (via Swivl Reflectivity platform) and evaluate mentors’ teaching practices.
• Complete an online Lesson Observation Form (checklist/qualitative analysis) for each assigned recording within 7 days.
• Conduct short virtual post-lesson conferences with mentors to provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Maintain confidentiality of all lesson recordings and observation data.

Requirements:

• Former MOE teacher or experienced educator with mentoring/coaching background preferred.
• Strong understanding of classroom management and student engagement strategies.
• Ability to give clear, objective feedback in written and verbal form.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet submission timelines.
