We are now looking for Freelance Personal Trainers to join our team, with the flexibility to build income during morning and afternoon off-peak hours.

We are the master franchise of S30 Studio in Singapore and we operate S30 Serangoon at 13 Lichfield road S556833.

Role Overview

As a Freelance Personal Trainer at S30, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, delivering high-quality training sessions, and ensuring clients achieve measurable results. You will work closely with clients to build custom fitness programs, provide accountability, and help them progress towards their personal health and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, effective, and engaging 1-on-1 and small group personal training sessions.
  • Build and maintain a personal client base through referrals, leads, and proactive outreach.
  • Assess clients’ fitness levels and track progress with regular testing and reporting.
  • Provide nutritional guidance and recovery recommendations within your scope of practice.
  • Uphold S30’s high coaching standards and create an exceptional member experience.
  • Drive retention by building genuine relationships with clients and supporting their fitness journey.
  • Maintain a safe, hygienic, and well-organised training environment.
Requirements
  • 1–4 years of hands-on personal training experience preferred.
  • Certified in Personal Training (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of strength, conditioning, and functional training principles.
  • Ability to deliver both strength-based and conditioning-based sessions.
  • Proven track record in helping clients achieve tangible fitness results.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, motivating presence.
  • Sales-minded with the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Salary: From $30/hr depending on experience
Commission payable
