The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a passion for food and presentation. You will monitor inventory, maintain hygiene standards, and coordinate promotions to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B outlet management, preferably in desserts or café.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Passion for food, especially desserts, with a good eye for presentation.
• Knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and operational efficiency.
• Flexible and hands-on, able to work weekends and peak periods.
