Job summary

MC GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a service team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on management to ensure top customer service, efficiency, and adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

You will coordinate with kitchen, manage staffing, monitor KPIs, and drive sales and profitability while maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards across the outlet.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant F&B operations experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Hands-on, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Lead, supervise, train and motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan staff deployment, duty rosters and manpower requirements according to operational needs.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, performance and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor outlet sales, expenses, manpower costs and other KPIs.
• Work towards achieving outlet sales, productivity and profitability targets.
• Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, stock control and wastage.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth daily operations and service.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and performance management of outlet employees.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required by Management.
• Support promotional activities and new product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular outlet checks to ensure cleanliness, presentation and operational standards are maintained.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations and service.
• Conduct staff briefings and provide ongoing coaching and training to team members.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and performance management of outlet employees.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required by Management.
• Support promotional activities, new product launches and other company initiatives.
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS procedures and outlet administrative matters.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant F&B operations experience , preferably in a restaurant environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position .
• Candidates with stronger management experience and proven ability to manage a larger team/outlet may be considered for the Senior Outlet Manager position.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
