Job summary

ELEVEN SEVENTEEN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations of a fast-paced soft serve/frozen yogurt outlet in Singapore. You will lead the team, control costs, manage inventory and wastage, and ensure store standards while driving customer satisfaction.

The role offers hands-on leadership, budget oversight, and opportunities to advance to Area Manager as the first store achieves stability and growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a soft serve/frozen yogurt machine is essential.
• Experience setting up a wastage-control and stock-ordering system.
• Experience staff rostering and labour cost control.
• 3+ years in F&B supervisory or management role.
• Experience handling a new outlet opening is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory spreadsheets/software.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the soft serve machine, including daily cleaning/sanitizing cycles, mix calibration, and basic fault diagnosis.
• Set up and enforce a waste-control system (mix usage tracking, topping portioning, expiry monitoring) to keep product loss within target.
• Plan and place stock orders based on sales trends and parlevels.
• Prepare staff rosters and manage manpower scheduling to control labour cost while ensuring adequate shift coverage.
• Oversee full outlet operations: staffing, scheduling, cash management, and customer service standards.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members.
• Monitor daily sales, wastage, and labour cost reports; report variances to management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SOPs.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and operational issues.

The Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the outlet, with a strong focus on soft serve machine operations, inventory control, and cost management. This role requires hands-on experience running a soft serve or frozen yogurt operation, with the ability to minimize wastage, control labour costs, and keep the outlet fully stocked without over-ordering.
