You will oversee daily operations, train and motivate the team, manage inventory and costs, and drive sales through promotions while maintaining strict hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in F&B outlet management, preferably desserts or café.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Passion for food, especially desserts, with eye for presentation.
• Knowledge of inventory control, cost management and efficiency.
• Flexible and hands-on, able to work weekends/peak periods.
