Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversees daily operations and achieving targets
  • Works with management on sales, covers, and payroll forecasting
  • Supervises daily operations and staffing coverage
  • Assigns responsibilities to supervisors
  • Ensures service standards and quality are maintained
  • Attends briefings and updates policies in the absence of the manager
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of menus, bar, and wine operations
  • Establishes, trains, and executes sales and marketing plans
  • Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant and related areas
  • Fosters guest satisfaction and handles complaints swiftly
  • Builds relationships with guests and maintains confidentiality
  • Leads and mentors the team, supports training and development
  • Manages performance issues and enforces discipline
  • Participates in recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Ensures safety and security standards
  • Contributes to revenue management and marketing strategies
  • Conducts training and development for staff
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
