Key Job Responsibilities

• Floral Design & Arrangement: Design and create a variety of floral items, including hand bouquets, vase arrangements, centerpieces, hampers, wreaths, and event decor, often adhering to specific brand standards or customer requests.
• Flower Care & Maintenance: Receive, process, and condition fresh flowers to ensure their longevity and freshness. This includes cleaning stems, changing water, and proper storage.
• Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, provide professional advice and suggestions on floral selections, handle orders (in-store, phone, and online), and manage transactions.
• Operations & Inventory Management: Monitor and restock supplies, prepare floral materials (e.g., floral foam, wrapping materials), ensure the workspace is tidy and presentable, and assist with general shop operations.
• Event Support: For some roles, especially freelance or events-focused positions, responsibilities may include assisting with event setup and tear-down for weddings or corporate functions.

Common Requirements
