Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office to support administrative and reporting tasks.
• Valid Class 3/3A driving license to support vehicle handling and replacement car activation.

Responsibilities

• Secure retail and corporate rentals.
• Activate replacement cars for insured customers and follow up on due dates for returning.
• Provide timely, accurate information to external customers.
• Process rental workflows and payments accurately.
• Coordinate with operations to maximize fleet utilization.
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area for walk-in customers.
• Escalate issues to manager as appropriate.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and handle monthly renewals for corporate accounts.
