Responsibilities

Secure retail and corporate rentals.
Activate replacement cars for insured customers and follow up on return due dates.
Provide timely, accurate information to external customers.
Process rental workflow accurately using Fleetmatics.
Provide driver details to authorities for summons when required.
Prepare quotations, tenders, and process monthly renewals; collect payments for corporate accounts.
Handle PRAC technical/breakdowns and escalate to operations/manager as needed.
Manage cash and card transactions securely and accurately.
Collaborate with operations to maximize fleet utilization.
Keep reception area tidy to welcome walk-in customers.
Escalate issues to the manager when unresolved.
