Job summary

SEACARE MANPOWER SERVICES PTE LTD invites applicants for a Finance Manager on a 1-year temporary contract in Singapore. You will lead end-to-end fixed assets accounting, reporting and year-end activities.

Requires a degree in Accountancy/Finance with at least 5 years in fixed assets, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. Experience with AI tools or robotic process automation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Accountancy/Finance with professional qualification or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant finance experience with fixed assets management.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and fixed asset management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage projects or improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP, AI tools, data analytics/visualisation or RPA will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end accounting, management and reporting of fixed assets.
• Ensure accurate asset records and compliance with applicable accounting policies and standards.
• Provide financial and accounting advice to internal and external stakeholders on fixed asset matters.
• Oversee asset confirmation, year-end closing and audit-related activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Drive digitalisation and the adoption of technology, including AI and automation tools, where appropriate.
• Review and enhance financial procedures, guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals while managing workloads and work priorities.
• Drive improvement initiatives and support other finance-related projects as required.
