Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services in Singapore seeks an experienced Fixed Asset Accounting Manager to lead the accounting, management and reporting of fixed assets, ensuring accurate records and compliance with policies. You will oversee asset confirmations, year-end close and audits while driving improvements and digitalisation.

The role requires 5+ years of finance experience with strong knowledge of fixed asset management and accounting, plus leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably with fixed assets management.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and fixed asset management.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage improvement projects or workstreams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting, management and reporting of fixed assets.
• Ensure accurate asset records and compliance with applicable accounting policies and standards.
• Provide accounting and operational guidance on fixed asset matters to stakeholders.
• Oversee asset confirmation exercises, year-end closing and audit-related activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support digitalisation, automation and use of technology to streamline financial processes.
• Review and enhance financial procedures, guidelines and SOPs.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Drive improvement initiatives and support other finance-related projects.
