Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a finance professional for a 5-month contract to manage fixed asset accounting activities, including capitalisation of completed projects, creation and maintenance of WBS elements and asset master records, and upkeep of the fixed asset register.

You will support ERP migration and data migration efforts, participate in UAT, review accounts payable, and assist with monthly shareholder reporting packs, with SAP knowledge being essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting fixed asset management, including capitalisation and asset register maintenance.
• Working knowledge of SAP is essential.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation or system migration projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset accounting activities, including capitalisation of completed projects and upkeep of the fixed asset register.
• Perform fixed asset verification and asset transfers, disposals, and reconciliations.
• Provide guidance on capitalisation requirements and apply accounting policies.
