Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounting Specialist (Fixed Assets) to manage fixed asset accounting within a Shared Services environment. You will process transactions, close the month, reconcile accounts, and support statutory reporting while ensuring IFRS compliance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of fixed asset accounting experience with ERP systems (ideally Oracle).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with accurate financial data handling.

Responsibilities

• Process fixed asset transactions accurately using the ERP system.
• Execute month-end closing for Fixed Assets subledger per IFRS and internal controls.
• Prepare and reconcile fixed asset accounts for data accuracy.
• Maintain supporting documentation and ensure timely record retention.
• Coordinate and support annual physical fixed asset verification and reporting.
