Job summary

A major banking institution in Asia is seeking a System Analyst to lead private banking system analysis and ensure high quality deliverables. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in Temenos Wealthsuite and has 10-15 years of hands-on experience in system analysis. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams for quality project delivery and ensuring compliance with governance. This role requires strong skills in vendor management and functional analysis to address technical issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Temenos Wealthsuite product is a must.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of hands-on System Analyst experience is required.
• Experience in delivering at least 2 end-to-end application deliveries is necessary.
• Functional knowledge of Custody Services, Equity execution, and Credit management processes is essential.
• Experience in implementation of Temenos TAP solution in a bank's ecosystem is desired.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall private banking system analysis activities.
• Review and address functional and technical issues relating to Temenos Triple A Plus.
• Engage with vendors to ensure clear requirements for FSD delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for quality delivery.
• Ensure functional knowledge is propagated to technical and QA teams.
• Ensure compliance with bank's SDM process governance.

Job Description

• Leadership - Responsible for the overall private banking system analysis activities; ensures high quality deliverables and meeting project schedules
• Functional Analysis : Reviewing the Functional Specification and Technical specification and address and resolve functional as well technical issues relating to the Temenos Triple A Plus, Numerix Oneview and Edgelab Weatlh platform
• Vendor Management : Engage with Product Vendor Temenos, system integrator vendor partners to ensure business requirements/functionalities are clear for delivery of FSD throughout the end‑to‑end project implementation phases
• Cross Team Collaborating : Work closely with business stakeholders & internal teams members (Domain Architects, Technical Delivery Managers etc.) and bank's ecosystem interfacing system to ensure quality delivery
• Knowledge Propagation : Ensure functional knowledge is propagated downward to the project technical and QA teams so that quality testing is conducted and followed through
• Governance : Ensuring compliance with Banks SDM process governance as part of the delivery

Job Requirement

• Experience in Temenos Wealthsuite product is must
• Minimum 10‑15years of hands‑on System Analyst experience is a must
• Experience in delivering at least 2 end‑to‑end application delivery is a must
• Functional knowledge of Custody Services, Equity execution and Credit management processes is a must.
• Implementation of Temenos TAP solution in a distributed bank's ecosystem is desired
• Experience in Numerix Oneview and Edgelab wealth platform is desired
• Experience in end‑to‑end application delivery management in ensuring quality delivery
• Experience in application delivery in ensuring full compliance of Bank's policy and standard
