Job summary

Covalent Capital is seeking a Technology and Operations Support Specialist in Singapore. This full-time, on-site role spans Internal Office Technology Support, Change & Control, and Platform Support to ensure daily business continuity.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in finance or tech, solid IT skills, and comfort with Windows, Mac OS, and Google Workspace. On-site work with a dynamic Operations team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• 1-3 years in finance or tech; IT support/fintech experience is a plus.
• Solid IT skills; comfortable with web-based platforms and data-driven systems.
• Able to interpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Good communication in verbal, written, and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Internal Office Technology Support and Change & Control Agent.
• Provide Platform Support to ensure daily business continuity and assist in platform development.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and IT asset inventories; handle access provisioning and deprovisioning.
