Job summary

TechX Ventures Pte Ltd is hiring an IT & Cybersecurity Specialist to oversee end-to-end IT operations, cybersecurity, and digital enablement. The role supports governance, data protection, and compliance while enabling business operations, events, programmes, and partnerships.

The successful candidate will work hands-on in a small to mid-sized organisation, ensuring system availability and secure configurations in an on-site environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in IT operations and end-user support in small to mid-sized organisations.
• Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and IT governance in public-sector or government-linked settings.
• Experience managing Microsoft-based environments (e.g. Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, IAM).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, networks, devices, and cloud services for reliability.
• Lead cybersecurity posture, access controls, and data protection compliance.
• Administer business applications and system integrations to support operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage IT procurement, and deliver small IT projects.
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance through documentation and audits.
