A leading multinational company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to support ongoing finance initiatives. The role focuses on preparing entities for ERP implementation, driving process standardization, and enhancing data quality. Managing Consultant, Finance & Accounting

My client is a leading multinational company and they are seeking for a Finance Transformation Analyst to support their ongoing finance transformation and ERP readiness initiatives.

This role will focus on preparing multiple country entities for future ERP implementation, driving process standardisation, improving data quality, and supporting operational improvements across the finance function. The successful candidate will help streamline processes, document workflows, and ensure a smooth transition when new systems are rolled out.

Key Responsibilities

Assess finance processes across different country entities to ensure readiness for ERP implementation.

Identify gaps, recommend improvements, and support process standardisation initiatives.

Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and data mapping for future system configuration.

Support operational improvements in month-end closing, reporting, and internal controls.

Facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and coordination between finance teams and ERP project teams.

Track readiness metrics and support post-implementation activities to ensure smooth adoption.

Requirements

3-5 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably with exposure to process improvement or ERP-related projects.

Strong understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, revenue recognition, consolidations).

Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a project-driven environment.

Excellent documentation and communication skills; able to liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional accounting certification preferred but not essential.

Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite advantageous) and process mapping tools.
