Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience across any core function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; hands-on experience with Oracle is a plus.
• Extensive background in operational workflows, standard procedures, and core industry tools.
• Executes routine tasks independently under minimal supervision.
• Evaluates existing workflows and processes to recommend improvements within guidelines.
• Offers assistance and operational guidance to junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day end-to-end processing for ePAC and Prime operational activities.
• Execute and monitor monthly accruals, reconciliations, and system runs across systems.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational workflows.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial and operational reports.
• Perform variance analyses, aging reviews, and data consolidation for management decisions.
• Highlight operational risks, discrepancies, and delays proactively.
• Act as checker for work prepared by junior team members; validate data accuracy.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
• Participate in AI, RPA, and automation projects to optimize workflows.
