Job summary

PAP Community Foundation is seeking an accounts payable professional to manage invoicing and supplier payments in Singapore. You will ensure all invoices are entered accurately in the accounting system with approved documents, and you will maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

The role requires a diploma or degree and at least three years of related experience. Proficiency in Excel, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task and work independently

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices into the accounting system with supporting documents.
• Process supplier payments weekly and maintain timeliness.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Review supplier statements of account.
• Review and analyse expenses, providing statistics.
• Provide quarterly dashboards.
• Assist internal and external audits with documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Handle ad-hoc projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
