Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience across core functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; hands-on Oracle experience is a plus.
• Strong background in operational workflows and standard procedures.
• Executes routine tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Evaluates workflows and services to drive process improvements within guidelines.
• Offers guidance to junior team members and supports operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day end-to-end processing for ePAC and Prime operational activities.
• Execute and monitor monthly accruals, reconciliations, and system runs across systems.
• Maintain and update SOPs for operational workflows.
• Assist Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial and operational reports.
• Perform variance analysis, aging reviews, and data consolidation for management decisions.
• Highlight operational risks, discrepancies, and delays proactively.
• Act as checker for work prepared by junior team members.
• Validate manual journal entries, data accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
• Participate in AI, RPA, and automation projects to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to test, refine, and implement solutions.
• Identify manual pain points and propose tech-driven improvements.
