Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on finance professional to manage assigned finance functions across AP, AR, P2P, GL, cash and fixed assets in a Singapore-based role.

You will process and review financial transactions in the ERP system, support month-end and year-end closing, perform reconciliations, prepare GST submissions, management reports and liaise with internal and external parties to resolve accounting issues. Experience with ERP, GST and financial controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned finance functions, including AP, AR, P2P, GL, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, GST and financial reporting.
• Process and review financial transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Support month-end and year-end closing , ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Perform bank, POS, GL and other account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain fixed asset and lease-related schedules, including ROU assets.
• Prepare and support GST submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare management reports, audit schedules and supporting financial documents.
• Maintain proper financial records, SOPs and financial controls.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve accounting and operational issues.
• Support internal and external audits, asset verification and inventory stock counts.
• Assist with inventory accounting and reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and systems.
• Perform other finance-related duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
