Job summary

HDDoor PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance & Operations Executive to support accounting, reporting and day-to-day business operations in a fast-growing SME.

You will manage AR/AP, perform bank reconciliations, process invoices, prepare monthly reports and assist GST submissions while coordinating with external accountants and auditors. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, organised and eager to improve workflows; experience with ERP systems and common software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 2–5 years accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore GST regulations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Process supplier invoices and customer payments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Assist with GST submissions.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare schedules for year-end audit.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors and tax agents.
• Maintain petty cash and expense claims.
• Monitor inventory records and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare business reports and spreadsheets.
• Assist in improving internal workflows and SOPs.
• Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
