Job summary

PURE K PRIVATE LIMITED invites a Finance Executive to oversee daily financial operations in our Singapore office. You will maintain sales ledgers, perform cash and supplier payments, and support accurate reporting to help drive business decisions.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting or Finance with at least one year of relevant experience, good communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. F&B sector and POS familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• F&B industry and POS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review daily sales receipts and maintain sales ledgers.
• Perform daily bank reconciliation for cash, card, and PayNow.
• Handle accounts payable to support daily operations.
• Prepare payment listings and process payments via GIRO and TT.
• Manage petty cash and staff expense reimbursements.
• Prepare financial schedules such as GL, AR, AP, and fixed assets.
• Assist with accounting projects and ad-hoc duties.
