Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD in Singapore invites applications for a finance role supporting day-to-day operations across AP, AR, GL, GST, and reporting. Based in Loyang, the position offers a 5-day workweek and a renewable 2-year contract, with salary SGD 3,000–4,500 monthly depending on experience.

You will process transactions in ERP, assist month-end close, perform reconciliations, and collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance.
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, bank and cash management, GST, inventory and financial reporting.
• Process and maintain accurate financial transactions in the ERP system.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform bank, POS and account reconciliations.
• Manage vendor invoices and respond to finance-related enquiries.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Assist with GST submissions and statutory compliance.
• Support audits, fixed asset verification and inventory stock counts.
• Work with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve finance matters.
• Support finance automation and online finance platforms, including AP/AR invoice submission and system integration.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
