Job summary

Recruitpedia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to support the full cycle of accounting, including GL, AP, AR, and month-end closings. You will help monitor cash flow, assist with management reports, budgets, and forecasts, and prepare GST returns.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and a degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent, with strong Excel skills to excel in a fast-growing recruitment environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support full sets of accounts including General Ledger, AP and AR, and month-end/year-end closings.
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and banking facilities.
• Support monthly financial statements, management reports, cash flow reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare and submit GST returns and ensure statutory compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
