Job summary

Salt Talent Search is seeking an Operations Analyst for a 6-month extendable contract with a known tech client in Singapore. You will support sales teams via the Global Help Desk, manage CRM data, and develop sales enablement materials, playbooks, and resource hubs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Strategy/Operations, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. English required; Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields in a fast-paced company.
• Highly analytical with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); BI knowledge is a plus.
• English fluency; Mandarin is advantageous.

Responsibilities

What Will You Do.

• Provide day-to-day support to sales teams through the Global Help Desk, addressing
• inquiries related to accounts, performance tracking, knowledge management and internal
• tools.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve sales enablement materials, including
• playbooks, guides and resource hubs.
• Manage account data integrity, including account tagging, updates and hierarchy
• maintenance within CRM systems
• Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure proper account coverage and strategic
• alignment.
• Conduct end-to-end assessments of sales and internal processes to identify inefficiencies,
• bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze operational metrics and performance data to track effectiveness and identify trends.
• Develop case studies and insights to inform strategic decisions and continuous
• improvement initiatives

What Will You Need:

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in
• Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields;
• Highly analytical; comfortable dealing with people and the processing of business
• operations;
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Excel and Power Point preferably (BI system knowledge
• is a plus);
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin would be advantageous
