Job summary

Salt Talent Search is seeking an Operations Analyst for a 6-month extendable contract with a known tech client in Singapore. You will support sales teams via the Global Help Desk, manage CRM data, and develop sales enablement materials, playbooks, and resource hubs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Strategy/Operations, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. English required; Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields in a fast-paced company.
• Highly analytical with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); BI knowledge is a plus.
• English fluency; Mandarin is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to sales teams through the Global Help Desk and CRM systems.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, playbooks, guides, and resource hubs.
• Manage account data integrity, tagging, updates, and hierarchy maintenance in CRM.
• Collaborate with sales leadership for proper account coverage and strategic alignment.
• Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
