Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified finance professional to manage accounts receivable and payable, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance-related fields and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with SAP knowledge preferred. This role offers a competitive salary package including AWS and variable bonuses.

Job description

  • Salary: Up to 7k + AWS + VB
  • Location: Ubi (Walking distance from Macpherson MRT)
  • Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm

Job Descriptions

  • Manage AR and AP activities and Fixed Assets.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: monitors, and updates financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Management Reporting: Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Budget Management: Oversees budgeting processes, analyzes variances, and recommends adjustments to align with business objectives.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manages cash flow, monitors accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and maintains optimal cash balances.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensures compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards; coordinates internal and external audits.
  • Cost Control & Optimization: Identifies cost-saving opportunities and implements best practices to improve financial performance.
  • Business Partnering: Works with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements to streamline financial operations and enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft office and preferably with SAP and BPC knowledge
