Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee daily finance operations including financial reports and group consolidation. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in Mandarin is required for reviewing financial reports. This position offers the chance to contribute to an established organization with a strong team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or relevant major.
  • Having ACCA/CPA/CA is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, with minimally 2 years of experience in leading a team.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Experienced with inventory accounting and cost accounting.
  • Experienced with group consolidation.
  • Previous experience with system migration, preferable ERP.
  • Mandarin proficiency is required for the review of Chinese-language financial reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join the team of our client in the manufacturing industry.

Reporting to the director, the Finance Manager will be responsible in overseeing daily finance operations including full sets of accounts, financial closing, financial reports, management reports, GST fillings, leading audit, and group consolidation. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for generating and analyzing inventory reports, enhancing reconciliation process, optimizing inventory workflow, compiling P&L report, financial analysis, variance analysis, cash flow management, and transfer pricing.

In addition, the Finance Manager will also be responsible to lead a team of finance executives.

Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or relevant major
  • Having ACCA/CPA/CA is preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, with minimally 2 years of experience in leading a team
  • Experience in manufacturing industry
  • Experienced with inventory accounting and cost accounting
  • Experienced with group consolidation
  • Previous experience with system migration, preferrable ERP
