Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, proficiency with ERP systems (Kingdee preferred) and strong Excel skills. Bilingual English and Chinese is essential for regional coordination and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years accounting experience, able to manage a full set of accounts independently.
• Proficient with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts for company and subsidiaries, including AP/AR, GL, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions.
• Oversee daily finance operations.
• Perform month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet) and other reports, and analyze business performance.
• Handle GST filing and tax/regulatory compliance in Singapore.
• Manage the audit, including preparing audit schedules and coordinating with external auditors.
• Support tax, statutory filings, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and finance procedures.
