Job summary

ROYCE DENTAL GROUP PTE. LTD. seeks an Assistant Finance Manager/Senior Accountant to lead core financial accounting and reporting across multiple entities in Singapore. This role reports to the Finance Manager and oversees a small team of junior accountants and executives.

You will drive month-end closing, deliver accurate financial reporting, ensure compliance with FRs and GST, and contribute to SOP improvements and process automation. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; audit background preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite or comparable ERP systems is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual close for multiple entities and locations.
• Prepare and deliver timely financial reports and analyses.
• Supervise a small team of junior accountants and executives.
• Reconcile balance sheets; manage intercompany, bank, and fixed assets.”
• Ensure financial statements comply with FRs and statutory requirements; oversee GST filings.
• Support treasury operations and vendor payments.
• Manage external audits and provide documentation to auditors.
