Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts for company and subsidiaries, including AP/AR, GL, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions.
• Oversee daily finance operations.
• Perform month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet) and other reports, and analyze business performance.
• Handle GST filing and tax/regulatory compliance in Singapore.
• Manage the audit, including preparing audit schedules and coordinating with external auditors.
• Support tax, statutory filings, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and finance procedures.

We are seeking a resourceful, hands-on Finance Manager tojoin our growing team in Singapore. In this role, you will anchor our full setof accounts, lead budgeting and financial reporting, and drive statutorycompliance and day-to-day finance operations across our company andsubsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts for company and subsidiaries, including AP/AR, GL, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Oversee daily finance operations.
• Perform month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly management accounts (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, etc) and other reports, and analyze business performance.
• Handle GST filing and tax/regulatory compliance in full alignment with Singapore regulations.
• Manage the audit, including preparing audit schedules and coordinating with external auditors to ensure timely completion.
• Support tax, statutory filings, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and finance procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; a professional accounting qualification (CPA/CA/ACCA) are a strong plus.
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, including handling a full set of accounts independently.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Kingdee experience preferred) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, and meticulous, with strong problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external parties.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (required to liaise regularly with regional teams and Chinese stakeholders).
